Return & Refund Policy

Due to fact that the product is handmade, MyBeadedConnection does not generally accept returns. The exception is if an item becomes broken in transit. If item becomes broken in transit, immediately email: contact@mybeadedconnection.com and the owner will work on resending same item(s) free of charge.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return products. Know that return shipping costs are at the expense of consumer. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please include enclosed invoice and return jewelry in the condition in which it arrived (brand new). Return address is included on shipping label. Responsibility for services and products

When MyBeadedConnection receives a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from her website, the owner will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If the owner is unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to MyBeadedConnection. MyBeadedConnection will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for all costs involved in return shipment of the product to MyBeadedConnection.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos:

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of MyBeadedConnection.
