​How Do I Place An Order?
Simply go to the SHOP NOW button and click button. Roll over any product and click on the image. This allows you to view the beaded earrings and bracelets in closer depth and in multiple angles. Price will be listed next to picture. There is also a quantity field. Please select the quantity you wish to purchase. Click on Add to Cart button. Once you are done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner and product will be in your shopping cart.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
MyBeadedConnection accepts major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. This shop also uses PayPal as well. This shop does not accept prepaid gift cards as forms of payment. Wix keeps your payment information secure.

When will I be Charged?
All credit cards and PayPal are charged at the time of purchase.

Is there any limit to the amount I can order?
MyBeadedConnection keeps selling practices fair and safe. Because this is a small shop that sells unique handcrafted jewelry, there are limited number of products for sale. Once the quantity is at zero, that means a product is no longer available and is out of stock. If a product is out of stock, please submit your email via KEEP IN TOUCH pop up screen and this will allow you to get notified when the product may be available again!

Taxes
Tax & Duties are listed separate in the product pricing. Taxes are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin (USA) and manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise. State Sales Tax is based on your states current tax requirements.
What location(s) does MyBeadedConnection ship to?
Currently, MyBeadedConnection sells only within the U.S.A. MyBeadedConnection does not sell internationally and apologizes for any inconvenience. MyBeadedConnection is looking into shipping possibilities for international sales.

Does MyBeadedConnection do custom orders? MyBeadedConnection does do custom orders with the exception of limited releases/limited edition collections. Please note, there will be an additional fee for custom orders. If interested, please reach out and email: contact@mybeadedconnection.com and I would be glad to assist you!

Does MyBeadedConnection offer free shipping?
MyBeadedConnection offers a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. Only orders $35.00 or above ships free.

Is it free to become a Rewards Member?
Yes! It's free to become a Rewards Member. Earn points and turn them into rewards! Simply head to REWARDS MEMBER page and click the Become a Member button to sign up!

How/when do my points appear? After your logged into your account, you can view your points on the REWARDS MEMBER page. Points typically appear within an hour after you've made a purchase or left a review of a product.

You will be notified once you've earned a reward via email!

Do my reward points expire? Yes. Points expire 6 months after customer inactivity. You will be notified 14 days prior to your points expiration date.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
All jewelry has a 2-3 business day processing time. Processing time is the time it takes MyBeadedConnection to prepare your order to ship. Shipping time is in addition to processing time. Shipping time is the typical 3-7 business days. Be sure to plan accordingly especially if purchasing for a gift to ensure you or your recipient receives in time!

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. (yay, happy dance!) Please allow 24-48 hours upon receiving this email for your tracking number to update. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays. MyBeadedConnection will not be responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or returned packages during mail transit (USPS). Please contact your mail carrier if there are any delays in transit. You will have to contact your local post office to file a claim if item(s) goes missing while in transit. MyBeadedConnection typically uses USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail as their shipping carrier depending on the size/weight of package and destination.

Will my order be delayed due to COVID-19?
MyBeadedConnection aims to deliver all orders as promised however, this company does not have control over the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once an item is shipped and you have received your tracking number, your package is out of owner's hands and in control of the USPS shipping carrier. The owner of MyBeadedConnection asks for your patience during periods of high volume in mail, as she does not have any control over the USPS.

Modifying Orders
MyBeadedConnection wants you to enjoy your new treasures ASAP. For this reason, orders cannot be modified. Once an order is submitted there is no guarantee that it can be changed. If for some reason you need to cancel your order please contact asap: contact@mybeadedconnection.com. Owner will try her best to accommodate customers needs.

Returns & Refunds
Due to fact that the product is handmade, MyBeadedConnection does not generally accept returns. The exception is if an item becomes broken in transit. If item becomes broken in transit, email: contact@mybeadedconnection.com and owner will work on resending same item(s) free of charge.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return products. Know that return shipping costs are at the expense of consumer. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please include enclosed invoice and return jewelry in the condition in which it arrived (brand new). Return address is included on shipping label.
